Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of educational workshops, seminars, and events.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various educational topics and prepare reports.
  • Provide support in the coordination of departmental activities and projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including educators, students, and community members, to gather feedback and support departmental goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to gain comprehensive exposure to departmental operations.

Education:

  • Recent graduates or final-year students with a degree or diploma in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in educational development are essential.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Relevant experience through internships, volunteer work, or academic projects will be considered an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of educational policies and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
