Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with engineering and technical tasks, including research, design, and testing of automotive components and systems.
  • Support business and marketing teams in developing and executing strategies, conducting market research, and preparing reports.
  • Contribute to the manufacturing process by helping with production planning, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions and problem-solving efforts.
  • Engage in training and development sessions to enhance understanding of Volkswagen’s operations, technologies, and industry standards.
Education:
  • Current students pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in the automotive industry.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Relevant experience through academic projects, internships, or part-time work in engineering, business, or marketing will be considered advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of automotive engineering principles or business practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
