Job Description:
Visa is offering exciting Internship Opportunities for 2025, aimed at ambitious students who are ready to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. These internships span various departments, including Business Development, Business Planning & Operations, Government Engagement, and Marketing. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into Visa’s operations and contributing to meaningful projects that support the company’s growth and mission.
Responsibilities:
As an intern at Visa, your responsibilities will vary based on the department you join. Below are the core responsibilities for each internship position:
- Business Development Intern:
- Support the Business Development team in identifying and executing growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships between Visa and its clients.
- Perform market analysis and gather data to drive business strategy.
- Business Planning & Operations Intern:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial and business goals.
- Provide project management support across strategic and operational priorities.
- Assist in analyzing business performance and proposing improvements.
- Government Engagement Intern:
- Support Visa’s Government Engagement team in influencing policy and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide research and analysis on government policies related to electronic payments.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with governments and partners.
- Marketing Intern:
- Support the Marketing team in driving brand awareness and client engagement.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in managing B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to build brand affinity.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for these internships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or Marketing (for Marketing Intern position).
- Expected to graduate in 2026 (must finish coursework by December 2025).
- Available for a 3-month winter internship from June 3, 2025, to August 28, 2025.
- Must be available for a full-time role starting January 2026.
Experience:
No prior work experience is required, but candidates with any relevant project experience or academic exposure in the following areas will be preferred:
- Business strategy and development.
- Market research and data analysis.
- Project management.
- Marketing or government policy research.
Skills:
