The University of South Africa (UNISA) Students Placements is pleased to offer its Internship Programs for 2024. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with research projects, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
  • Support administrative functions, such as document management, scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources.
  • Provide assistance with academic and student support services, including liaising with students and faculty.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to project discussions and problem-solving activities.
  • Engage in training and development sessions to gain a deeper understanding of UNISA’s operations and academic environment.
Education:
  • Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Education, Administration, Social Sciences, Research, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in higher education and research.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Relevant experience through academic projects, internships, or volunteer work in education, research, or administrative roles will be considered advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of academic and administrative processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to projects.
