Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ), in partnership with the Services SETA, is offering exciting opportunities for graduates and interns to participate in various professional development programs. Responsibilities:
Interns will gain practical experience and contribute to the daily operations of TASEZ in various departments. Key responsibilities may include:
- Marketing Interns: Assist in market research, promotional campaigns, social media management, and brand development strategies.
- Monitoring & Evaluation Interns: Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to assess the effectiveness of programs and projects.
- Human Resources Interns: Help with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Finance Interns: Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to support financial decision-making processes.
- Procurement Interns: Support procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
- Industrial Engineering Interns: Assist with process optimization, production planning, and quality improvement initiatives within the automotive industry.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for these internship programs, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Marketing: National Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: National Diploma or Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation or related field.
- Human Resources: National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Finance: National Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Procurement: National Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Industrial Engineering: National Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience:
While no previous work experience is required, the following will be considered an advantage:
- Prior exposure to any of the respective fields through internships, academic projects, or volunteering.
- Strong interest and passion for the automotive industry and the specific field of study.
Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
