Learnership Eligibility Criteria

• Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics or Accounting – Successful completion of Matric, with a strong foundation in Mathematics or Accounting.
• Strong Numerical Skills – A good grasp of numbers and the ability to work with data efficiently.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure – Confident in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer Literate – Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other digital tools.
