Job Description:
The 12-month Sasol Learnership Programme is designed to provide entry-level learners with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical on-site work experience. This comprehensive program aims to enhance learners’ skills and improve workplace performance by offering foundational training in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer skills, and basic business principles. Ideal for individuals who have completed Grade 12, this learnership prepares participants for professional environments by developing essential skills necessary for career success.
Responsibilities:
Participants in the learnership will be expected to:
- Engage actively in the learnership programme and successfully complete all assessments.
- Take part in workplace readiness activities and exercises aimed at enhancing professional development.
- Provide administrative support to managers and various departments, contributing to overall departmental effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Matric / Grade 12 certificate to be eligible for this learnership program.
Experience:
No prior work experience is required; however, a willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment is essential.
