Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of transportation projects and community outreach programs.
• Support administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and scheduling.
• Contribute to research and analysis related to public transport services and community needs.
• Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and public engagement events.
• Provide support in managing communications and stakeholder interactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve transport services and community relations.

Education

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Transport Management, Public Administration, Community Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Previous internship or volunteer experience in community development, transport management, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
• Demonstrated interest in public transportation and community engagement.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
