The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program at South African Breweries (SAB) is designed to cultivate future leaders who will drive our business forward. Responsibilities:

As a participant in the GMT program, you can expect the following during your first 12 months:

  • Rotational Experiences: Engage in 3-4 month rotations across key areas aligned with our strategic pillars, including Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Hands-On Projects: Work on real business challenges in core functions to gain valuable insights and expand your knowledge.
  • Global Induction: Attend the Cheers! Festival (Global Induction) to learn about our company strategy directly from senior leaders and network with peers.
  • Access to Alumni Network: Connect with a global GMT alumni database for guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the GMT program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Must have completed an undergraduate degree by the program start date, preferably in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
  • Experience: Candidates should have no more than 3 years of total full-time formal work experience (internships, vacation work, short contracts, and co-op experiences are not included).
  • Legal Authorization: Must possess legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country where the application is submitted.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Mobility: Candidates must be open to relocating and living in various locations for opportunities within the organization.

Experience:

This program is designed for recent graduates or individuals with minimal full-time work experience who are eager to kick-start their careers in a dynamic environment.
