Job Overview:

The SAB Brewing In-Service Training Program for 2024 offers an exceptional opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical experience in the brewing and beverage industry. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily operations in brewing, including the production, fermentation, and packaging of beverages.
  • Support quality control and assurance processes to ensure product consistency and safety.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of brewing equipment and processes.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and coordination of production schedules.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of departmental operations and strategic goals.
  • Conduct research and prepare documentation related to ongoing projects and process optimization.
  • Adhere to SAB Brewing’s policies and procedures while performing assigned tasks.

Education:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • No prior work experience required; however, any relevant internships or part-time work in brewing, food production, or chemical engineering is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated interest in the brewing industry and beverage production.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
