Job Description
The Route Management Internship Programme offers young individuals aged 18 to 22 a unique opportunity to gain hands-on work experience in various career fields. The internship follows a rotation model, enabling participants to work in and observe different business functions while building a solid foundation for their future careers.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
To be considered for the internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Grade 12 Certificate (Current Grade 12 learners are encouraged to apply with their latest results for the following year).
- Be between 18 and 22 years old.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrate sound communication and language proficiency.
- Show strong numerical aptitude (knowledge of Mathematics or Accounting is advantageous).
Experience
