Job Overview:
The Rand Refinery Internship Program for 2024/2025 offers an exceptional opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the precious metals refining industry. Position Purpose:
The purpose of the Rand Refinery Internship Program is to provide practical, on-the-job training for individuals interested in the precious metals industry. Duties and Responsibilities:

Education:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- No prior work experience required; however, any relevant internships or part-time work in engineering, metallurgy, or finance is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in the precious metals industry or refining processes.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
