Job Description:

PRASA is offering an exciting HR Internship within the Organisation Design and Change Management division. This internship is aimed at graduates who are passionate about human resources, organizational transformation, and change enablement. The role provides the opportunity to work in a structured and supportive environment where interns will gain hands-on experience in organizational design, business process improvement, and people change strategies aligned with the agency’s modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of organisation design and development initiatives.

  • Assist with change management planning, communication, and training efforts.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support structural transformation.

  • Help update job profiles, reporting structures, and organizational charts.

  • Provide support in conducting impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.

  • Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR change projects.

  • Collaborate with internal HR teams, line managers, and project leads.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field.

  • Must be a South African citizen.

  • Recently graduated (within the last 2 years) with no prior full-time work experience in the field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for HR, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
