Job Overview
The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) is offering internship opportunities for 2024. This program provides students and recent graduates with a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regulatory affairs and standards compliance. Position Purpose
The NRCS Internship Program aims to:
- Provide practical experience in regulatory affairs and standards enforcement

Duties and Responsibilities
Interns will assist with:
- Conducting research and analysis on regulatory standards and compliance issues
- Supporting the development and review of regulatory documents and reports
- Assisting with data collection and analysis for quality assessments
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to ongoing projects
- Performing administrative tasks and providing general support as needed
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- Strong academic performance is preferred
- Relevant coursework or projects related to regulatory compliance or quality standards is advantageous
Experience
- No prior work experience required
- Relevant internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work in regulatory or quality management fields is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in standards compliance and regulatory affairs is essential
Skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic understanding of regulatory processes or quality management principles is beneficial
