Position Purpose

The NGB Internship Program aims to:

Duties and Responsibilities

Interns will assist with:

  • Conducting research and analysis on gambling trends and regulatory issues

  • Performing administrative tasks and providing general support to various departments
Education
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Strong academic performance is preferred
  • Relevant coursework or projects related to gambling regulation or public policy is advantageous
Experience
  • No prior work experience required
  • Any relevant internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work in regulatory or administrative fields is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in gambling regulation and policy is essential
Skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Basic understanding of regulatory processes or gambling industry standards is beneficial
