Position Purpose

The NFVF Internship Program aims to:

Duties and Responsibilities

Interns will be involved in:

  • Assisting with research and development for film projects
  • Supporting the coordination and management of film events and screenings

  • Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining project documentation
  • Participating in team meetings and providing input on various projects
Education
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film Studies, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong academic performance is preferred
  • Relevant coursework or projects related to film production or media management is advantageous
Experience
  • No prior work experience required
  • Any relevant internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work in film or media is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in the film and video industry is essential
Skills
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Basic understanding of film production processes or media management is beneficial
