Job Description:
Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering a 12-month Graduate Internship aimed at providing graduates with immersive, hands-on workplace experience. This program allows individuals to gain relevant on-the-job exposure to both operational functions and process development within the business.
Participants will closely collaborate with senior teams, gaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of their chosen discipline while exploring various aspects of the company’s operations. Graduates will be supported by a network of line managers, professional mentors, on-the-job coaches, and HR, helping them to shape and drive their career trajectory.
Responsibilities:
As an intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in daily departmental activities related to your chosen field.
- Collaborating with senior team members on various projects.
- Gaining practical experience in operational and process development tasks.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company’s business model and functions.
- Participating in workshops and training sessions for professional development.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this internship program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Currently unemployed.
- Aged between 18 – 25 years.
- Clear criminal record (essential).
Experience:
No prior work experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates seeking their first professional exposure in a workplace environment.
Skills:
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Excel (Power BI skills will be an advantage).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
