Job Overview

Position Purpose
The internship aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice. The program prepares interns to tackle industry challenges with confidence and expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and implementation of water management projects.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support project outcomes.
- Participate in fieldwork activities, including site visits and data collection.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Work closely with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Attend training sessions to enhance industry-relevant skills.
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Water Management, or a related discipline is required.
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required, but previous internships, volunteer work, or academic projects in water management or environmental science will be beneficial.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of GIS or other relevant software is an added advantage.
