Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

- 360° Business Exposure: Rotate across different departments to gain a holistic understanding of L’Oréal’s operations, including marketing, finance, supply chain, and more.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a recent degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing
- Communications
- E-commerce
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Possess strong strategic thinking skills combined with creative insight.
Experience:
- Recent graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of experience in any of the relevant fields are eligible.
- While experience in the beauty industry is not mandatory, any previous internship or part-time work experience in related fields is an advantage.
