Position Purpose
The purpose of the Homechoice Internships Graduate Program is to equip young professionals with the practical skills and experience necessary to thrive in the fast-paced world of retail and e-commerce. Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in various projects across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive results.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Assist in the management of customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by different departments.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop industry-specific knowledge and soft skills.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Education
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
- A strong academic record, with evidence of extracurricular involvement, will be advantageous.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required, though any previous internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer experiences related to retail, e-commerce, or customer service will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with the retail industry or an interest in e-commerce will be a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
