Job Description
This exciting Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the operations of the company over a 24-month period. During this time, you’ll take on 3 to 6 assignments across various functional areas, rapidly gaining hands-on experience and taking on increasing responsibility. Trainees will actively contribute to day-to-day business operations and projects while benefiting from professional guidance and individual development.
As a trainee, you’ll rotate across the following functional areas:
- Supply and Demand Inventory Management
- Customer Service
- Customer Service Strategy / Supply Chain Enablement
This program is designed to help you develop both personally and professionally while preparing you for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Engage in day-to-day operations within various departments to gain a deep understanding of the business and functional areas.
- Complete 3 to 6 functional assignments over the 24-month program, allowing exposure to multiple aspects of the supply chain and customer service.
- Collaborate with teams to contribute to ongoing projects and assist in the implementation of business strategies.
- Provide support in managing supply and demand inventory, improving customer service processes, and enabling supply chain optimization.
- Participate in meetings and project discussions, presenting insights, and learning from experienced professionals.
- Receive guidance from mentors and supervisors to enhance your technical, professional, and personal growth.
Qualifications
- Required: A 3-year Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience
- Preferred: 0 to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, particularly in Customer Service, Planning, or Service Strategy roles.
- No prior experience is required, but some exposure to supply chain or customer service is an advantage.
