Job Overview
The Gauteng Department of Agriculture Internship Program offers recent graduates an opportunity to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in the province. Position Purpose
To develop a pipeline of skilled and knowledgeable individuals to support the department’s objectives of improving food security, agricultural production, and rural development. Interns will contribute to the department’s initiatives and enhance their professional skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting agricultural research and data analysis
- Support the development and implementation of agricultural policies and programs
- Participate in agricultural extension activities and farmer training

Education Requirements
- A recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, Plant Science, or a related field.
