Job Overview

The FSCA Internship Graduate Programme offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial services industry. Interns will be exposed to various aspects of market conduct regulation and supervision, contributing to the protection of consumers and the integrity of the financial markets.

Position Purpose

To develop a pipeline of competent financial analysts and semi-skilled employees for the FSCA. Interns will contribute to the Authority’s mission of promoting fair treatment of financial customers, maintaining financial stability, and transforming the integrity of financial markets.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis
  • Support regulatory compliance activities
  • Participate in data collection and analysis
  • Contribute to the development of reports and presentations
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required
  • Attend training sessions and workshops

Education

  • A recently completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:
    • Accounting / Forensic Accounting
    • Data Analytics / Decision Science / Science
    • Economics / Econometrics
    • Financial Management / Public Finance
    • Information Technology
    • International Relations
    • Law
    • Operations Research / Research
    • Mathematics / Statistics

Experience

  • No prior work experience required
