Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily banking operations across multiple departments such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, IT, and Marketing.
  • Participate in project teams and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to support business strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to management.
  • Engage with customers, providing support and enhancing their banking experience.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support department-specific activities as needed.

Education

  • Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Previous internship or work experience in banking, finance, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry through coursework, extracurricular activities, or relevant projects.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
