Job Description
The Cross Border Road Transport Agency (CBRTA) is seeking enthusiastic interns for various positions across our organization. This is a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical experience in their respective fields while contributing to the vital work of road transport and logistics in South Africa.
Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for assisting with a range of tasks specific to their roles, which may include:
- Analyzing data and conducting research
- Supporting administrative functions
- Engaging in project management activities
- Assisting in communication and marketing efforts
- Providing technical support and software development
- Contributing to supply chain management initiatives
- Engaging in regulatory services and human resource management tasks
Qualifications
We invite applications from candidates with the following qualifications:
- Law Enforcement Interns – Profiling: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Law Enforcement Interns – RTI: Degree/National Diploma in Public Administration or related qualification.
- Office of CEO Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Communication Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Marketing, Internal Communication, Event Management, Media Relations, or related fields.
- Service Desk Engineers Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Junior Software Developer Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Supply Chain Management Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Finance Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Accounting, Finance Management, or related field.
- Research Interns: Postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in Economics, Transport Economics, or related field.
- Intergovernmental Relations & Border Interventions Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Transport-related discipline or Public Administration.
- Human Resource Management Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or Organisational Psychology.
- Regulatory Services Interns: Degree/National Diploma in Transport Economics or related qualifications.
Experience
Previous experience is not mandatory, but any internships or relevant coursework will be advantageous. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
