Job Description
Communicare is offering a comprehensive Learnership/Internship Programme for 2025, designed to provide participants with valuable work experience while completing an Accredited NQF Level 4/5 Qualification. This 12-month program aims to equip learners with practical skills and theoretical knowledge to jumpstart their careers in various professional fields.
Responsibilities
As a learner or intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively participating in the designated training modules.
- Applying theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world scenarios.
- Supporting your assigned department with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals.
- Demonstrating accountability, integrity, respect, and excellence in all assigned duties.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications, depending on the field of interest:
Management Assistant Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Management Assistance or Business Management.
Data Analyst Intern:
- Qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Statistics.
Facilities Management Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Engineering and Built Environment.
Marketing and Communications Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Journalism, PR, Communications, or related fields.
Learning and Development Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences or Humanities.
Property Development and Investment Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or General Management.
Finance Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance.
Legal Assistant Intern:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with articles.
Risk and Compliance Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Commerce or Law.
Human Capital Intern:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Psychology.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required, but previous internships or volunteer work in the relevant field will be advantageous.
- Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
