Job Description:
Clover is seeking talented and ambitious graduates to join our Industrial Graduate Development Programme for 2025. This is a permanent employment opportunity that includes a one-year graduate development programme, specially designed to develop the future leaders of Clover. Through this programme, you will gain practical experience, mentorship, and leadership development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
As a participant in the Industrial Graduate Development Programme, your key responsibilities will include:
- Gaining practical work experience in various engineering, supply chain, and operations roles across the company.
- Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals within Clover.
- Participating in leadership development training to enhance your managerial and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborating with different departments on key projects, contributing to operational improvements and innovations.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of Clover’s business processes and systems.
- Applying your academic knowledge to real-world challenges in the workplace, with support and guidance from senior leaders.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Industrial Graduate Development Programme, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Honours or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Food Sciences
- Procurement
- Supply Chain Management
- Electronic Engineering
- Mechatronics
Experience:
While no prior work experience is required, the following will be considered beneficial:
- Internships or academic projects related to engineering, supply chain management, food sciences, or procurement.
- Exposure to problem-solving in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Any leadership roles or team-based projects during your studies that demonstrate initiative and collaboration.
Skills:
The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Leadership potential, with a passion for taking on responsibilities and driving initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with industry-specific software tools.
