Position Purpose

This programme provides a unique opportunity for graduates to gain practical exposure to CIPC’s operations. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects, contributing to the organization’s goals while developing a strong foundation for their future careers.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior staff with assigned tasks related to company registration, intellectual property management, or other CIPC functions (depending on the internship focus).
  • Conducting research and analysis on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of CIPC initiatives or campaigns.
  • Participating in meetings and presentations to gain a comprehensive understanding of CIPC’s operations.

Education Requirements

  • A recent Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or Intellectual Property Law.

Experience Requirements

  • No prior experience is mandatory, but a strong academic record and a keen interest in business law, intellectual property, or public service are preferred.

Skills Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with an aptitude for learning new concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
