Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Programme participant, you will:
- Support Departmental Activities: Assist with daily operations in your assigned department, including tasks such as data analysis, report generation, and identifying process improvements.
- Apply Industry Knowledge: Take the knowledge you’ve gained from your degree and apply it to real-world retail business scenarios to drive value and enhance operational efficiency.
- Receive Mentorship and Training: Participate in structured mentorship and training programs, designed to improve your professional skills, boost your confidence, and foster career growth.
- Participate in Performance Reviews: Engage in regular performance feedback sessions with your manager, allowing you to assess your progress, highlight strengths, and set personal and professional goals for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Graduate Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in business, management, retail, marketing, or related disciplines).
- Experience: 0-2 years of working experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Experience:
- Required: No prior work experience is necessary, although any relevant internship or part-time work experience would be beneficial.
- Advantageous: Graduates with an interest in retail management, business operations, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
